Neighbors.

We say Neighbors instead of volunteers because volunteer sounds temporary and impersonal. Neighbors are people living or located near one another, and we are called to “Love Your Neighbor As Yourself,” within our church and the community surrounding us. Our love stems from an outpouring of love from God and should overflow from our lives into those neighboring us. As Neighbors, we want to cultivate a lifestyle of loving your neighbor above yourself by serving one another from the overflow of God’s love for us.

WHAT IS A NEIGHBOR?

Neighbors are people who love welcoming new people into our church and ultimately into the family of God.

WHERE CAN I SERVE AS A NEIGHBOR?

  • Families Team: Serving the children and families of our church so well that they wake up everyday wishing it was a Sunday.

  • Welcome Team: We want people to feel welcome and loved before service begins. Whether that be by helping people find a parking spot, smiling and saying, “Good morning”, opening doors, handing them a cup of coffee, or guiding them to a seat each week.

  • Prayer Team: Exists to pray for and empower people in their personal prayer life and as a church.

  • Production Team: Create an environment for people to have a genuine worship experience in person and online through lights, cameras, slides, etc.

  • Worship Team: Invite people into God’s presence through musical worship, whether that be instruments or singing.
